HOW TO USE IT:
Insert the bulb into suitable lamp holder as regular bulb
Control ON or OFF by switch, with or without electricity.
When there is power supply, switch ON the bulb, it will stay ON as regular bulb and charging the battery as well.
If power supply is OUT, the bulbs stay ON. switch OFF when not needed, the bulb will be OFF and retain is charge for when needed.
